A recipe so good you'll want to make every single weekend! We add fruits, chocolate or cocoa powder, but our secret is giving you a bag of cinnamon sugar to create a doughnut-like pancake coating.... and it's epic!  

Makes 8 large pancakes or 12-16 smaller pancakes. 

You Will Need:

• 2 cups of buttermilk 
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil 
• 2 eggs 
• 6 tbsp vegetable oil 
• 4 tbsp unsalted butter for frying

Make it vegan by using egg replacer and milk alternative!

Pancake Mix Ingredients: Unbleached Flour (Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin, Riboflavin,Folate), Sugar, Baking Powder (Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Salt.

Cinnamon Sugar Packet Ingredients: Granulated Sugar, Cinnamon.
